This week I resume my series exploring our relationship with food and in particular the social aspect of food, eating and sharing eating (and drinking) experiences with others. I dive into the various aspects of how food and social relationships can play into a propensity to over eat and drink over time and suggest some practical ways to approach this when looking to manage or reduce our weight.David Algeo Dave Algeo is a Weight-loss and Eating Behaviour Change Coach. Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
