In this episode I am joined by former client Kate Jackson who shares her amazing story of transformation - not just in terms of her weight which is impressive enough, but also in terms of how she shifted her approach to life, made some significant changes and is now embracing an adventurous and meaningful life.

Kate Jackson is a teacher supporting children with additional educational needs and is passionate about her work. In the interview Kate shares how she learned to focus on herself more, and build her self-confidence and self-love. She shares her insights into how she approached her weight-loss goals and the ups and downs of the journey. Kate's honest account gives an insight into the challenges of managing binge eating, loneliness, and low confidence. This is a great interview for anyone seeking to set out on their own weight-loss journey or who is finding they are struggling as they try to maintain motivation and focus.

David Algeo Dave Algeo is a Weight-loss and Eating Behaviour Change Coach. His mission is to empower burned-out midlifers to regain control of their weight, health and life - reagaining a zest for adventure in midlife and beyond.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
