. This week, Dave shares an interview from his deep dive into burnout. Dave is joined by Dr Jo Burrell, Clinical and Coaching Psychologist. Jo shares her work focusing on burnout within the HR profession. Jo shares her take on resilience v burnout and how HR are so often unseen in the work they do to support the wellbeing of others, whilst having their own wellbeing needs overlooked. Jo shares her initial thoughts on the latest survey in relation to wellbeing in HR which is out now:

Bio: Dr. Jo Burrell is a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist whose background in workplace resilience has led her to specialise in the mental wellbeing of HR professionals. As co-founder of Ultimate Resilience, she delivers evidence-based training, supervision, and support to help HR teams thrive under pressure.

David Algeo Dave Algeo is a Weight-loss and Eating Behaviour Change Coach. His mission is to empower burned-out midlifers to regain control of their weight, health and life - reagaining a zest for adventure in midlife and beyond.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
