Getting down to Basics - Health, Sleep, Weight and Focus - Podcast Takeover with Richard Tubb

In this week's episode I share some thoughts on getting back to basics with our sleep. I am also including the audio from my appearance on my friend Richard Tubb's 'Tubb Talk' Podcast in which Richard grills me on all things to do with health, weight, headspace, stress and focus. Richard's podcast is aimed at those working in the 'Managed Service Provider' (IT) space and he was keen to pick my brains on how busy business owners and professionals can clear some headspace and get back to looking after their health.

I thought I'd share this episode (with Richard's permission) as I think it provides a good 'back to basics' overview of the key things that can help regain control over our wellbeing whilst juggling a hectic life.
