Wow, made it to 100 episodes! Who would have thought it. Well I had hoped, but hey I also thought I'd run out of things to say and people to talk to. But nope. And I'm thankful for that. So, to celebrate the 100th episode, i have asked former guests to share a sprout-sized dollop of wisdom. Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
