In today's episode I share some thoughts on the power of our default habits and how they are what we always return to when the pressure of life is on. I explain why this is the case and offer a way to break from the default by confronting what is really the issue when it comes to making changes.

I am also joined by Master Debonair himself, Simon Whitaker. Simon owns the men's outfitters Master Debonair and has a passion for building confidence through clothing. Simon has a great story and shares his business journey and his own personal challenges with alcohol including his key decisions to quit alcohol and more recently to return to it.
