Food and Function - The Physical Drives to Eat

This week I am continuing my exploration of the role food (and drink) plays in our lives and the complex nature of our relationship with it. I explore the physical and functional role food plays and attempt to find ways in which this could help us as we move forward in a more positive relationship with it. Let me know your thoughts or if you feel I've missed anything as this is my attempt at laying out my thinking and is very much a work in progress and being shaped all the time by my own experiences and those of clients.
