Tackling Imposter Syndrome - Emma Johnson
It's episode133.
This week I am joined by Emma Johnson, an expert in tacking imposter syndrome. Typically we may think of imposter syndrome as affecting career aspirations and so on, but I see it playing out in so many instances when it comes to aspiring to and working towards losing weight. Recognising the various ways in which imposter syndrome can show up is really useful in order to tackle it effectively. It need not undermine or derail your health and weight-loss efforts.Emma is a passionate trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in Leadership, Management and soft skills development. She has set up and run Learning and development functions and throughout her career she has been recognised for ensuring development activities are designed to meet real business challenges, while contributing to business success. In recognition of her achievements, she was awarded the IPA CPD Gold for 8 years running, as well as holding IPA CPD Platinum for 4 consecutive years.
Emma has seen firsthand in her 20 years of training and coaching delivery how Imposter Syndrome impacts almost everyone, at every level in the workplace. Emma works with people at every stage of their career to help them better understand how to muzzle the inner critic and achieve their potential at work.
