Changing Default Habits That Undermine Our Weight-Loss Efforts

This week I explore how to change our default habits. The habits that tend to consistently undermine our health and weight-loss efforts are often pretty well rooted and can be tough to change. Consequently we can resort to avoidance as a strategy to give ourselves the illusion of action whilst not actually making any significant or sustained change. I share two kinds of classic avoidance that we need to guard against and share an approach to tackling the changing of our default habits, rituals and routines.
