This week I share the first in a three part mini-series in which I share ten tips to help... get our eating back on track, our movement and exercise on track, and improve our rest and sleep. This follows the previous week's episodes in which i explored the importance of tackling our default habits to make significant strides in our weight-loss efforts. This week I focus on eating and share ten tips to help you get back on track with your health and weight-loss efforts. Don't try to do all ten - pick three things and give them a go.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
