In this episode we look at the elements of the protocol and we will be doing a deeper dive into each element over the coming episodes.This is a powerful way to reframe how we approach losing weight, shifting from an emphasis on what diet you follow to seeing this as an ongoing process and providing a framework to work with.
The attraction of most diets is that they profess simplicity and believability, whether they do in fact turn out to be simple or based in fact. Shifting away from this to a more 'diet agnostic' approach is a great way of getting the benefits of having a simple system or framework to work with whilst also allowing for flexibility in the actual things you can do to lose the weight.
