144: Your health goals 2025: Getting started

It's episode146.  

It's the new year and, since it's so early on I want to talk about your intentions and goals for 2025 and provide some tips if you find your former enthusiasm and motivation has already waned - don't worry, that happens to many of us. In this episode i share some thoughts on overcoming that initial vagueness and cloudiness we can feel when the new year comes around - I share a tip on getting started, and when a plan becomes important.

I also share two planning tools that can help you get a better idea of what you want to achieve and how you can achieve your goals in 2025.
